We are looking for a enthusiastic Crewing Coördinator, region Vlissingen.

YOUR ARE:

 As a (Junior) Crew Operator, you will coordinate our clients Vessels in collaboration with the Operations, Technical and Commercial departments.

Key resporsibilities include managing crewing, arrangements, scheduling, crew, changes, documentation, training, administrative tasks and liasing with crew agencies. You'll ensure compliance with international regulations and maintain close contact with their seafarers.

This role offers a dynamic and engaging environment with daily challenges and opportunities for growth.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• MBO / HBO level of education
• Strong interpersonal skils with the ability to communicate at all levels internally and externally
• Team player with the ability to work under pressure
• Excellent verbal and written knowledge of the English Language,  knowledge of the Dutch language is a plus
• Showcasing strong problem solving skills
